On the basis of the exploitation actuality of a large-scale gold-copper deposit, the technical measures are suggested such as utilizing the potential reserves, conducting the technological transformations and increasing productivity to realize full opencast mining, and achieve a mining scale with gold of 16 t/a, copper ore of 20 000 t/d, total mining and overburden amount of 85 Mt/a.

Based on the studies on the metallogenic geological background of superlarge Cu-Au deposit in the Dexing district, Jiangxi Province, the authors, from the viewpoint of tectono-geochemistry, discussed its ore-controlling factors and metallogenic simulating experiments.

Ideal model of primary halo overprinting and criteria for prediction of large size blind Au deposits are established on studies of modeling the primary halo overprinting of large size Au deposits.
