An improvement on synthesizing process of 4-methoxyphenol was studied using hydrogenation instead of Na2S in reduction step so as to avoid large amount of sulf-waste water and using water distillation to immediately remove the reaction product,for increasing the yield of target product and avoiding use of aether.
研究了对羟基苯基甲醚新的合成工艺:以加氢取代原工艺中硫化碱还原,避免了含硫废水的产生;以水汽蒸馏法快速移走生成的对羟基苯甲醚,提高了收率,并避免使用低沸点易燃易爆的溶剂乙醚。
