热容无限大的假想物体。无论热源吸收或放出多少热量,其温度均不改变。事实上虽然没有这样的理想物体,但它确有实际意义。例如,将1克冰投入一杯水中使其融化,水温将有明显变化,这杯水就不能看作热源。而将这块冰投入一大桶水中,水温的变化极小,这桶水就可近似地看作热源。"热源"在热力学理论中的意义在于:与热源接触达到热平衡的系统,其内部温度均匀,且此时系统的温度与热源的温度相等。当系统进行可逆等温过程时,必须与一个一定温度的热源保持接触。
