管道输送优化运行(o PtimizationPIPehneQPeration)根据管道输送计划安排和输送介质的特性，确定输送方式、工艺流程和管道运行的基本参数，制定运行方案，采取必要的技术措施，以实现管道运行最优化，充分发挥输送设备的效能，最大限度地减少能源消耗、降低输送成本，从而获得更大的经济效益。管道输送优化运行是管道生产管理的重要内容。优化技术是在现代计算机广泛应用的基础上发展起来的一项新技术，是根据现代数学最优化原理和方法综合各方面因素，在现有工程条件下，从间题的众多可行方案中选出一种最合理方案的一种现代技术方法。 管道输送优化在研究过程中一般可按稳态运行优化和瞬态运行优化两种类型进行。稳态运行优化是在满足输量及安全运行前提下，确定管线各站动力组合，若是加热输送管道还要确定热负荷的分配。瞬态运行优化实质上是一个最优控制向题，它比稳态运行优化复杂，对管线自动化水平要求较高。随着管道自动化技术的发展，电子计算机技术的应用，管道优化运行技术水平也在不断提高。 研究管道运行优化问题，首先要进行系统分析，然后建立数学模型，进而求解数学模型，最后制定最佳运行方案并实施。建立正确的数学模型是问题的关键。优化间题的数学模型是要寻求目标函数和确定约束条件。例如，对于一条加热输送原油管道，其经济性可以用输送单位原油总能耗费用(S)来衡量。总能耗费用包括两部分，动力费用(娜)和燃料费用(SR)。其数学模型可简单表示为:目标函数min“一买(sP十、户_满足约束条件:①热力条件，②水力条件，③泵特性④管道力学性能·根据建立起来的正确的数学模型以及管道运行的基础条件，进行优化的应用软件开发编制。软件经过工业考核合格后，即可投人管道生产运行管理中进行实际应用。(胡通年)
