性质:此法是在碱吸收法的基础上进行了改进。改良法是将硝酸尾气中的氮氧化物经过3个串联的吸收塔,被碳酸钠溶液吸收。吸收后的吸收液中含有亚硝酸钠和硝酸钠,分离出的亚硝酸钠母液用稀硝酸进行转化,全部氧化成硝酸钠,经蒸发、结晶、分离,制得硝酸钠产品。改进后的碱吸收法可提高氨的利用率3%,每吨硝酸的氨耗可降低5.2~9.2kg。尾气处理后氮氧化物排放浓度降至250×10-6~1000×10-6,吸收效率为90%~97%。
