是半月板形态的异常,失去正常半月板的形态,表现为半月板厚、宽而呈盘状。根据变异的不同程度进行分型。盘状软骨的存在不利于膝的正常活动,容易发生损伤。临床表现为弹响、弹跳、膝伸屈活动受限。侧卧重力试验和麦氏试验对诊断有意义。X线检查对诊断有参考价值。膝关节镜则可直视半月板。有症状者应行手术治疗。
