性质:白色结晶性粉末。熔点184℃。

制备方法:由乙酸乙酯经肼化、加成、环合而得。将乙酸乙酯、水合肼和无水乙醇加热回流反应5h,得乙酰肼乙醇溶液。然后经冷却。加入二硫化碳,在25℃搅拌反应1h。再经冷却、静置、过滤。滤饼用无水乙醇洗涤,得N-乙酰肼基二硫代甲酸钾。低温干燥后,将其分次加入-5℃以下的浓酸中,在不超过5℃的温度下搅拌反应。然后将反应物冰析、过滤,滤饼用大量冰水洗去游离的硫酸,再经低温真空干燥,得噻二唑。

用途:该品是抗菌素类药物头孢菌素V的中间体。
