In order to explove novel Neonicotinoid insecticide, six 2-(nitroimino)imidazolidine derivatives were designed and synthesized through α-cyanoisocyanate, and one 2-nitroguanidine containing α-isopropyl-4-chlorophenyl group was synthesized from thiourea.
