| 褐煤 lignite 煤化程度最低的煤种。为泥炭在适度的压力下转变而成，煤化程度介于泥炭和烟煤之间。多呈褐色至褐黑色。含水量高，在空气中易于风化；含一定量的原生腐殖酸；碳含量低，氧含量高，氢含量变化大；挥发分一般在45％～55％。估计全世界褐煤约占煤炭总储量的50％，但由于其热值低、煤质低劣，没有被大量开采。褐煤主要用作燃料和气化原料，优质褐煤是重要的化工原料。中国云南、广东、广西、内蒙古、辽宁等省区是褐煤的主要产地。 |
