d一hL一0 rl底环(diseharge ring;bottom ring)支持导叶下轴颈并构成过流表面的环状部件。底环固定在座环上，它有与导叶数目相等的轴孔，供装设导叶下轴承之用，少数高水头水轮机导叶高度小，也有不设下轴承的。有的混流式水轮机底环和转轮下环止漏环相对的位置上装有固定止漏环。底环和导叶下端面之间可采用橡胶带密封，高水头水轮机也可直接采用间隙密封。除整体不锈钢板底环外，大多数底环过流表面都铺设抗磨板，或者直接铺焊抗磨层，一般抗磨板厚度为10一20 mrn，铺焊的抗磨层厚度一般为5~10 mm。 底环是一个扁平的环形部件，见图。一般用铸钢铸造，大型底环也可用钢板焊接，受运输条件限制可分为两半或多瓣组合。 轴流式水轮机的底环上设有装拆时悬挂转轮的凹槽.安装后盖板封闭。 2-一l窿翌三二嘟 混流式水轮机底环一导叶下轴孔;2一下抗磨板; 3一抗磨板把合方式
