MoS2 powders coated with Ni are successfully prepared via Ni (NO3) 2 decomposition-hydrogen reduction, then added to Ni-Cr25 (wt% ) alloy powders to produce solid self-lubricating composites of Ni-Cr25(wt% ) alloy by vacuum hot pressing at 1 050℃ and 10 MPa.
