benign paro?xysmal torticollis in infancy

  病因不明,似与遗传有关。起病多于2~8个月间,主要表现是无特殊诱因的间歇性斜颈,每次发作持续数分钟、数小时至数日,多为1~3日。每年约发作2~5次,不伴意识障碍。脑脊液、脑电图、CT、颈椎X线均无异常。本病为自限性,4~5岁前自行消失,患儿发育正常。
