基本材料
炙黄芪30克，乌骨鸡1只，姜块、葱节、精盐、绍酒各适量。
制法
将炙黄芪去净灰渣，烘干，研成粉末。将净鸡入开水中氽煮一分钟起锅，将黄芪粉抹入鸡腹内外，放入蒸碗内，加鲜汤少许、精盐、绍酒、姜块、葱节，用湿绵纸封住碗口，置蒸锅或蒸笼内，用旺火沸水蒸熟透，取出即可食用。
功效
补中、益气、补血。
用法
每周1--2次，半年后即有良效。
应用
适用于脾胃虚弱，消化不良、消瘦者。
