In order to save water and reduce polluted water discharge,we use elliptical tube in rectangular steel fin tube which is treated in hot dipping zinc and use force cooling by blast axial flow fan to condensate the air in tube then return the condensate to boiler to form a closed circuit,thus replace conventional water cooling tower.
采用椭圆管穿矩形钢翅片经热浸锌后组装的冷凝翅片管束,用鼓风式轴流风机强制将乏汽在管内冷凝成水返回锅炉形成闭路循环使用,从而可以取代常规开放式水冷却塔,极大地节约汽轮机运行的耗水量和污水排放量,对环境保护起到了积极的作用。
