Combining with the construction difficulties of precision control,field processing,assembling forming,aloft work,which exist in integral lifting of super-high large-span steel truss beam of Yantai Broadcast and Television Center building,the choice of lifting equipment,assembling face and installation operation platform are analyzed,and four 6×19mm wire ropes are adopted as suspender cable.
结合烟台广电中心大楼工程超高大跨度钢桁架梁整体吊装中存在的精度控制、现场加工、拼装成型、高空作业施工难点,分析了吊装机械、吊装及拼装工作面、安装用操作平台等的选择,并通过计算分析选用4根6×19mm钢丝绳作为吊索使用。
