Taking the organs of apricot flowers of four different varieties as the research objects, through the treatment of chilling stress under the temperatures of 0 ℃,-3 ℃,-4 ℃,-5 ℃,this paper determines the values of the relative conductivity, soluble protein and POD activity, and makes comparative researches on the cold resistance of the organs of apricot flowers of different varieties.
以4个不同品种杏花器官为研究对象,通过0℃,-3℃,-4℃和-5℃低温胁迫处理后,测定了相对电导率、可溶性蛋白质以及POD酶活性,对不同品种的抗寒性进行了比较研究。
