性质:即将固体药物制剂模拟体内情况在体外所进行的释放试验。体内情况极为复杂,通常只能在温度、搅拌、介质pH值等方面加以模拟。具体实验方法因制剂类型、用途和理化性质等而异。口服缓释或控释制剂一般试验条件为温度37℃,释放介质为人工胃液和人工肠液,有时也可用水。常用的容器有转篮式、桨式、循环式及崩解仪式等数种。在规定时间取样,并及时补充所消耗的溶媒。
