性质:一种操作简便,快速有效的小型电镀试验。槽体由耐酸、碱的材料(如有机玻璃)制作。其容积有1000ml和250ml两种。主要特点是阴、阳极之间保持一定角度,因而距阳极近的阴极部分(近端)电流密度高,距阳极远的部分电流密度低。阴极上各点的电流密度可用如下经验公式计算:1000ml溶液:j=I(3.26-3.051g1);250ml溶液:j=I(5.1-5.241gl),其中j为阴极上某点的电流密度值(A/dm2);I为试验时通过电镀槽的电流(A);l为阴极上某点距近端的距离(cm)。通过一次赫尔槽试验就可以观察到不同电流密度下产生的镀层外观。改变电镀液的组成和操作条件可以确定获得合格镀层的最佳工艺条件和镀液配方,同时也可用于分析生产过程中因溶液而引起的故障。
