saccharin
    分子式C7H5NO3S。学名邻磺酰苯酰亚胺。!!!T0421_1无色单斜晶体。熔点229℃(分解),相对密度0.828。在真空下升华为针状晶体。溶于乙醇、丙酮,微溶于氯仿和乙醚。糖精的稀水溶液比食糖约甜500倍,稀释至1∶100000仍有甜味。糖精可由邻氨磺酰苯甲酸NH2SO2C6H4COOH制备。糖精的钠盐称糖精钠,分子式C7H4NNaO3S。溶于水 ,甜味约相当于食糖的300~500倍。糖精可作低热量甜味剂,糖尿病患者可用糖精钠代替食糖。
