The Polyaniline/nano-Gd2O3 composite materials was obtained by template-free method in the presence of ammonium per-sulfate [(NH4)2S2O8] as an oxidant with ethanedioic acid as dopant.
SEM结果显示形貌为片状,其粒径在50~200nm左右;同时用乙二酸做掺杂剂,过硫酸铵做氧化剂,采用无模板法制备了聚苯胺/纳米氧化钆复合材料,并用红外光谱、X射线衍射光谱对其进行了表征,并测定了复合物的电导率。
