精液一般细菌培养


诊法。精液微生物 检查项目之一。以无菌技术将标本分别接种于血平板、巧克力平板、伊红美蓝平板、麦康凯 平板和葡萄糖肉汤增菌液内,将巧克力平板置CO2环境,一并放入35℃温箱,培养18 ~24 小时,观察菌落生长情况,分别作生化试验,鉴定细菌种属。精液中可能常见的细菌鉴定 程序:①淋病双球菌,取巧克力平板生长可疑菌落作生化反应,进一步鉴定。②肠杆菌 科细菌 ,取伊红美蓝平板和麦康凯平板可疑菌落作生化反应,进一步鉴定。③非发酵菌按非发酵菌 生化反应鉴定。④葡萄球菌及链球菌,按双岐索引作血浆凝固酶、O/F、杆菌肽、Optochin 等试验鉴定。
