Teplov's theory of elementary properties of nervous system
捷普洛夫神经系统基本特性说(T ePI。、‘stheory of elementary Properties of nervoussystem)苏联心理学家捷普洛夫等人提出的关于神经系统基本特性的理论，是巴甫洛夫关于高级神经活动类型学说的进一步发展。捷普洛夫认为，提出神经系统的基本特性是合理的，但把神经系统分为四种基本类型则没有理论和实验的依据。因此在划分类型之前，首先应研究和揭露类型所赖以产生的神经系统的基本特性。他通过研究人的个体心理差异，确定了一系列神经系统的基本特性。其中主要是:(l)神经系统的兴奋强度，指对长时间兴奋作用的忍耐力。(2)神经系统的抑制强度，指忍受长时间的或强烈的抑制过程的能力以及其与兴奋过程强度的关系即兴奋和抑制过程的平衡J性。(3)神经过程的动力性，指神经系统实现兴奋和抑制过程转化的容易性和速度。(4)神经过程的不安定性，指神经过程发生和中止的速度。这些特性间存在着某些相关。这些特性都是整个神经系统活动的一般类型特性。此外还存在表示个别分析器或个别脑系统特点的局部的类型特性;在评价个别基本特性时，不能简单地看成好或坏，某个特性可能既有好的方面，也有不好的方面。如弱的特性表示其工作能力低，然而却又以高的反应性和感受性为特征神经系统的生理特性与人的心理特性之间的联系也不是单义的。这些生理特性不仅与气质有联系，而且与人的其他心理特性有联系，特别是一与能力有联系。 (王启康撰彩聆龄审)
