nongye qihou zhibiao农业气候指标(agroelimatie indiees)在一定气候条件和农业技术水平下，表示农业生产对气候条件的要求和反应的气象参数特征值。可以是单因子，也可以是多因子综合特征值，如评定地区干湿状况的干燥度(或湿润度)和以气温、日照时数表示的水稻气候成熟度指数等。它是评定地区农业气候资源，分析农业气象灾害气候规律，进行农业气候区划以及对农业技术措施进行气候论证的依据。 农业气象指标概念包含了农业气候指标内容，此时，农业气候指标也可称为农业气象指标。但狭义地说，两者有明显差异。农业气象指标是指农业生产(或农作物生长发育产量形成)与气象因子之间的定量关系，是由其本身特性所决定的，不受地区气候等环境条件的影响;而农业气候指标，则是在一定的农业技术水平下，反映作物与气候条件之间的数量关系，它因地区气候条件、生产水平不同而不同，不能随意搬用到条件差异较大的地区使用。同时，农业气候指标还包含了多年平均的概念。因此，为了提高农业生产的稳定性，农业气候指标常取一定保证率的指标值。 种类和形式农业气候指标的种类、形式多种多样。有表征农作物正常生长发育和产量形成的农业气候指标，表征农作物出现生长不正常、遭受危害或发生明显减产的农业气候灾害指标和表示农作物或生产过程的节奏规律的农业气候指标等。所有这些指标，主要用光、热、水等基本气候要素值为其表达形式。因此，又可分为光能指标、热量指标、水分指标三类。 光能指标主要形式有:日照时数、日照百分率、太阳总辐射、光合有效辐射和农田群体摄取的太阳辐射量等。 热量指标主要形式有:日平均气温稳定通过各种农业界限温度(0℃、5℃、10℃、15℃等)的初终日期、持续日数和积温以及春(或秋)季各界限温度初(终)日期间的间隔日数等。利用这些指标，可以评定地区不同类型作物的可能生长期到来和结束的迟早、可能生长期的长短、可利用的总热量以及春秋期增温和降温的速度。结合作物的相应指标，便能评定地区热量资源对农业的利弊程度。 中国中纬度温带地区大多数作物生长期与日平均气温大于10℃的时期大致相当，以往10℃指标应用甚广，近年来，为充分挖掘地区气候资源，并考虑越冬作物的生育状况，多采用日平均气温大于。℃期间日数和积温以反映地区可能生长季长度和热量资源。积温由温度强度和持续时期两者构成，但积温相同的两地，其温度强度和持续时期可以不同。温度年、日变化有差异;同样，两地日平均气温大于10℃持续日数相同，初、终霜冻出现的迟早可有差异。
