又称“3′、5′-环腺苷酸”,是5′-磷酸基与核糖C-3′上羟基脱水成环化的一磷酸腺苷。即由三磷酸腺苷在Mg2+参与下被腺苷酸环化酶催化所产生。ATP〓〓腺苷酸环化酶〓〓Mg2+〓〓cAMP+ppi cAMP又在Mg2+参与下被磷酸二酯酶催化水解为5′-AMP。经实验证明,cAMP是调节细胞代谢、传递细胞外信息和激活细胞内生物合成的重要物质。目前认为cAMP和cGMP(环磷酸鸟苷)是已知的调节细胞内代谢的两种主要物质,机体
