肺内压

肺泡内的压力。肺与外界空气借气道而互相交通,故肺泡内压力应与外界大气压相等,如大气压101.3080 kPa(760mmHg),肺内压也应为101.3080 kPa(760mmHg)。但在呼吸运动周期中,肺泡与外界空气间有-定压力差,气体才能从压力高处流向压力低处。如吸气之初,肺内压低于大气压,吸气末肺内压等于大气压;呼气初,肺内压高于大气压,呼气末又与大气压相等。呼吸过程中,肺内压变化的大小,依呼吸的缓急、深浅而定。平静呼吸时,呼吸缓和,吸气之初肺内压约较大气压低0.133~0.266kPa(1~2 mmHg),呼气之初则较大气压高0.133~0.266kPa(1~21mmHg)。
