性质:双光束红外分光光度计中用来扣除空白试剂、吸收池本身的影响以得到纯样品红外光谱,所选用的装有空白试剂的“吸收池”称为红外光吸收参比。在KBr压片法中,则用KBr空白片为参比;在液体池法中,用空白溶剂作参比;在气体法中,以空白气体为参比。由光源发出的光被分为二束,分别通过样品池和参比池,经斩光器使二束光交替进入出射狭缝。当无样品时,检测系统无信号;当有样品时,由于样品吸收破坏了光路平衡,检测器就有信号产生,信号经放大后驱动光楔(减光器),使参比光束减弱直到两光束强度相等。光楔减弱的能量就是样品吸收的能量,记录仪和光楔同步运动,则记录下样品的吸收百分率。为了把溶剂的吸收减少到最低限度,吸收池通常很小(一般光程为0.1~1mm)。
