药物的细粉或提取物加赋形剂而成的干燥颗粒状制剂。是在汤剂和糖浆剂的基础上发展而来的。一般用开水冲服。它既保持了汤剂和糖浆剂的优点，又避免了汤剂和糖浆剂的缺点，还可掩盖某些药物的苦味，便于服用，对小儿尤为适宜。冲剂较丸剂、片剂作用迅速，较汤剂、糖浆剂体积小，重量轻，便于运输携带。冲剂内服适用于多种疾病，如止咳枇杷露冲剂、感冒退热冲剂、板蓝根冲剂等；也有将药物颗粒加赋型剂压制成块，每块为一次服用量，如刺五加冲剂、罗汉果冲剂等；还有用药物的酒提取物制成的干燥颗粒，用酒冲化服用，称酒冲剂，既可保持原有药酒的疗效，又可增加药质的稳定性，如木瓜酒冲剂等。冲剂质量要求颗粒均匀，色泽一致，无杂质，无结块潮解现象。
