盖针 湘绣针法之一。盖针是依照绣稿物象的阴阳浓淡色彩施针。第一次不宜绣足，只绣八成底层，然后再在底层上一层一层地加绣，托出阴阳浓淡。这种针法，针脚长短参差不齐，须层层分明，但又极为平薄，看来十分逼真。用线时通常是深色绣底层，浅色绣外层。丝绒要极细而密。多用于绣制走兽翎毛和人物的头发。
