北杨，汉语拼音（beiyang），为山东省潍坊市寒亭区开元街道办事处下辖的村。该村位于开元街道办事处西部，白浪河东岸。有277户，1160口人，1869亩耕地（2003年04月资料）。聚落呈长方形，面积约0.21平方公里。
据考，此村建于明代，明洪武初年，李姓由直隶枣强县迁居潍县城北老瓜村。后北迁一公里，在白流河岸向阳处定居。取村名为北阳。清代，李姓中有九世祖，名李君杨迁至潍东王伯村。为纪念东迁的世祖君杨，遂渐改村名为北杨。
此村以李姓居民居多。
