感光材料 photographic material 在光照射后,通过光化学或光物理作用能得到固定影像的材料。又称影像记录材料。广义的感光材料还包括对热和压力敏感,通过热敏、压敏成像的材料。随着科学技术的发展,不仅可见光可作为影像记录的辐射源,紫外线、红外线、X射线、γ射线和电子束等均可作为影像记录的辐射源。 根据所用光敏物质的不同,感光材料一般分为卤化银感光材料和非银感光材料。卤化银感光材料的光敏物质是悬浮在明胶中的卤化银(氯化银、溴化银、碘化银)微晶。卤化银微晶在吸收光子后发生光解,形成由银原子族构成的潜影,潜影能催化整个微晶的还原,因此在显影时可与未曝光微晶区分开来,形成与景物亮度相反的底片。卤化银感光材料具有感光度高,像质好,可以彩色化等优点,在照相、拍摄电影、医疗诊断、无损探伤、印刷制版、缩微复制等方面有着广泛的应用。但卤化银感光材料制造工艺复杂,一般需要湿法冲洗,不能实时显示。非银感光材料种类繁多,主要有重氮感光材料、感光树脂、光致变色材料、自由基感光材料、微囊感光材料和静电复印材料。非银感光材料的感光度比卤化银感光材料低得多,但其分辨率高,制造工艺简单,无需暗室操作,能干法加工、实时显示,广泛用于对影像或信息进行记录、储存、显示和加工。 |
