制备方法：由尿素与邻氨基酚缩合制得苯并噁唑酮，用SO2Cl2氯化生成6-氯苯并噁唑酮。然后用甲醛和氯化氢进行氯甲基化，得到6-氯-3-氯甲基苯并噁唑酮，后者与O,O-二乙基二硫代磷酸钠缩合，得到伏杀磷。原料消耗定额：邻氨基酚550kg/t、无水乙醇18900kg/t、氯气360kg/t、甲醛120kg/t、铵盐710kg/t、尿素330kg/t。
用途：该品为非内吸性广谱有机磷杀虫杀螨虫。主要用于棉花、果树、油菜、马铃薯及多种经济作物，用来防治蚜虫、蓟马、红蜘蛛、叶蝉、飞虱、螟虫、菜青虫等多种害虫。
