| 海洋真菌 marine fungi 生活在海 洋中的 能形成孢子且有真核结构的 微 生物。大多数栖于某种基物而生活，少数自由生活，因此，真菌在海洋中的分布主要取决于寄主的分布。 依其栖生的习性，海洋真菌可分成5种基本的生态类型：①木生真菌。在海洋水体中 数量最多和分布最广的高等真菌，营腐生生活，善分解纤维素。在热带海域和浅海环境中分布更加广泛。已知有子囊菌类76种，半知菌类29种，担子菌类2种。②寄生藻体真菌。约占海洋真菌种数的1／3，其中以子囊菌类居多。有腐生、寄生和共生等类型。③红树林真菌。多半是腐生菌，其中子囊菌类23种，半知菌类17种，担子菌类2种。④海草真菌。数量很少，多栖居于叶部。⑤寄生动物体真菌。只限寄生在外骨骼和壳部处。 海洋真菌和海洋细菌都参加海洋有机物的分解和无机营养物的再生过程，不断为海洋植物提供有效营养；但海洋真菌是海洋动物的寄生菌和致病菌，有的能使海洋植物致病，甚至使港湾设施中的木质结构腐烂；某些海洋真菌能破坏聚氨基甲酸酯等高分子合成材料。 |
