或冰镍吹炼成粗铜或高冰镍的冶炼设备。其规格以每 次出炉产量表示。炉体为圆筒形(见图)，中部设有炉 口，用以加料、排烟、排渣和出料.炉侧沿水平方向设 一排风日，以鼓入空气。卧式转炉炉衬采用镁质或铬镁 质耐火材料砌筑。砌筑方法分为转动炉体施工法和支 设拱胎施工法两种。施工程序是先砌端墙，再砌圆周内 衬，最后砌炉口。炉衬砌筑前，炉体驱动装置必须试运 行合格，并锁紧;炉壳端盖与炉体之间的缝隙要用石棉 绳塞紧。圆周内衬和端墙应错缝干砌，砖缝不大于 1.smm。风口和炉口错缝湿砌，砖缝不大于Zmm。 端墙砌筑端墙砖层要平直，内外墙不得咬砌。每 层端部砖表面应加工平整。端墙与炉壳间的填料层， 用镁粉和石棉粉各50%与卤水调制捣实。内外墙和上 下砖层膨胀缝均应错开。垂直方向膨胀缝每3层砖留 设Zmm，水平方向膨胀缝每隔6块砖留设1，smm。当 端墙砌体超过墙高1/2时，将水平和垂直中心线引伸 到墙内侧，以便圆周内衬和炉口支撑拱的定位和检查。 圆周内衬砌筑在端墙砌完后进行。砌筑第一层 砖以两端墙的圆心连线为基准线。圆周砌体按内衬半 径砌筑，砖层要平直，放射缝要与半径方向相吻合。施 工中，必须随时用圆弧形样板检查。如果炉壳变形在允 许误差范围内，可调节填料层厚度，以炉壳作导面进行 砌筑。合缝砖必须打紧，内外砖缝要一致，与炉壳之间 的填料应填实。圆周内衬填料层，以80%镁粉加20% 石棉粉，用卤水调制捣实。
