| 亚麻酸 linolenic acid 一种脂肪酸。分子式CH3（CH2CH＝CH）3（CH2）7COOH。以甘油酯的形式存在于亚麻子油、苏子油等干性油中。无色液体。a-亚麻酸的熔点－11.3℃ ，沸点230℃～232℃（17毫米汞柱），相对密度0.9164（20／4℃）。溶于乙醇和乙醚。亚麻酸是含有三个双键的不饱和脂肪酸。氢化时先变成油酸、亚油酸，再变成硬脂酸；加热时容易聚合，因此具有较快的干燥性能。亚麻酸是动物生理上必需的脂肪酸。可用于医药和生物化学研究。 |
