体内维持肝脏正常形态和功能以及肝细胞再生的激素物质或类激素物质和营养物质。可分为门静脉来源的门静脉因子和非门静脉来源的非门静脉因子两类。目前已经证实有7种激素:胰岛素、胰高血糖素、尿抑胃素、甲状旁腺素、降钙素、碘化甲状旁腺素和糖皮质激素,以及某些氨基酸等。近年来,通过对肝切除后肝细胞再生和DNA合成研究以及采用肝细胞体外培养等,已证实以上物质对肝细胞再生有促进作用。
