性质:又称除尘室(chamber type dust collector)。用于净制气体的一种沉降器,最简单的是在气道中装置若干垂直挡板,使气体流过时变更其方向,降低其速度,所含的尘粒一部分就与挡板相撞而沉降。实际净制程度一般不超过40%-70%,对含有较细尘灰的气体效率更低。因此,只能作为气体净制的初步处理。为了保证操作的连续性,不致因扫除沉积尘灰而停止生产,通常设置两个沉降器交替使用。适用于燃烧炉气和高温气体的除尘。
