性质:又名已卓铂铵。由二硝基-1,2-亚环已基二胺合铂为原料制得。为抗肿瘤药。抗各种肿瘤的活性超过顺铂,对耐顺铂的L1210显示有一定的敏感性。本品与其他抗肿瘤药有协同或相加作用,如环磷酰胺、阿霉素、5-Fu长春新碱等。适用于乳腺癌、卵巢癌、黑色素瘤、中枢神经系统癌、睾丸癌。与5-Fu联用可使胃癌、淋巴瘤缓解
