性质:利用离子交换剂、树脂与溶液中离子之间发生交换反应而进行分离的方法。主要进行阳离子与阴离子的分离,非电解质与电解质的分离,特别是除去微量电解质,以及同性离子的相互分离。离子交换分离主要应用领域有以下几方面。(1)水处理方面:水的软化,脱碱;水的脱盐,纯水和高纯水以及电子工业用超高纯水的制备。(2)工业废水处理方面:含铬、汞、铜废水处理;含金、银废水处理及回收;(3)糖及多元醇的处理方面:葡萄糖脱色精制、蔗糖、甜菜糖浆的软化及脱色精制,甘油及山梨糖醇的纯化以及废乙醇的脱色等;(4)原子能工业方面:铀、钍的提炼,反应堆回路水净化;放射性废水处理;(5)湿法冶金工业方面:如电解液的净化、金属离子的分离、稀有金属、稀土元素的分离等;(6)催化方面:如蔗糖转化;酯化、水解、水合、脱水、烷基化反应;缩合反应等;(7)制药工业方面:抗菌素、生化药物、氨基酸、蛋白质等的分离、提炼及精制等。此外,还用于石油化工产品的净化及分析化学等方面。
