性质:注压法系胶料高温快速注压硫化工艺,故胶料配方要适应胶料在热压下易于流动,并有足够的耐焦烧时间、后效硫化和注模后迅速硫化的性能。采用迟效的有效硫化体系最为适宜,软化剂可提高胶料流动性,但过多会迟延硫化时间。填充剂中,陶土、碳酸钙、半补强炉黑对胶料流动性影响较小,而粒径小的中超耐磨炉黑最不利于胶料的流动。
