性质:又称凝并。在两相流体中以微团的状态存在的分散相,当发生碰撞时,有自发地合并成更大的微团的趋向,这种现象称为聚并。如两互不溶解的液相,分散相是以液滴的状态存在;气-液两相,当液相为连续相时,气相是以气泡的形式存在;当气相为连续相时,液相是以液滴的形式存在。这些微液滴或小气泡发生碰撞时,都有自发地合并成更大的液滴或气泡的趋向。已聚并的液滴或气泡,在受了外力后也会再分散成小液滴或小气泡,但这个过程不是自发的。
