原料：精白面粉，白糖，青红丝，生猪板油，冰糖等各适量。
制法：1、将生猪板油切丁，拌入白糖腌透，再与冰糖、青红丝拌成猪油馅。
2、面粉分别和成水油面和油酥面，并用水油面包油酥面，揉搓数遍，开成酥状，分别摘剂，包入猪油馅，封口即成。
3、锅上火放油，放入车轮饼，移小火加热汆熟，炸到至起酥，到色呈金黄即可。
特点：酥层清晰，色泽金黄，香而不腻。是宿迁地区传统名点。
