放射性核素局部脑血流体层显(成)像


  放射性核素显(成)像方法之一。静脉注射能通过完整的血脑屏障进入脑细胞的显(成)像剂后经体层显(成)像的检查方法。进入脑细胞的放射性核素的量与局部血流量成正比,可以得到分层显示的大、小脑各个部位局部血流量的影像,并可对局部血流量进行定量分析。目前常用的显(成)像剂为99mTc-HMPAO等,静脉注入后10分钟用SPECT作360°旋转,每6°采集一次,然后进行图像重建,得到横断面、矢状面和冠状面的局部脑血流体层显(成)像。临床上主要用于缺血性脑血管病、癫痫病灶和脑瘤的诊断。另外,对痴呆分型、偏头痛和探索精神活动异常也有一定意义。
