可发生于使用吗啡的过程中。急性中毒者主要表现昏迷、瞳孔极度缩小、呼吸麻痹、紫绀、血压下降。呼吸麻痹是致死的主要原因。应兴奋呼吸、吸氧,使用吗啡对抗剂纳洛酮有显著效果。
