通过对较大尺寸的45钢模具零件的900℃短时高温加热淬火试验及应用,证明在不进行加热保护的条件下,不仅可以最大限度地利用现有淬火加热设备,同时可以解决常规热处理过程中零件表面出现的氧化脱碳及变形开裂问题,缩短零件的热处理生产周期1/5以上,减少了保护工装费用,降低了热处理生产成本。
