性质:还原型为分散的针状结晶,氧化型系花瓣状结晶,二者均易溶于水及酸性溶液,前者水溶液呈桃红色,后者呈深红色。对热都较稳定。而前者较后者更稳定些,分子量约11000-13000。

制备方法:方法一:以心肌为原料。方法二:以酵母为原料。

用途:细胞呼吸激活药。对组织中细胞的氧化、还原过程具有迅速的酶促作用。用于急救或辅助治疗中因各种原因引起的组织缺氧。对抗癌药物引起的白血球降低,四肢循环障碍,肝疾患,肾炎亦有一定的治疗作用。
