性质:丁二烯和丙烯腈采用过氧化戊二酸为引发剂、无水酒精或四氢呋喃为溶剂,通过自由基聚合制备的液体橡胶。聚合温度110~120℃,聚合时间4~6h,转化率70%。端羧基液体丁腈橡胶以甲苯二异氰酸酯+三(2-甲基氮丙啶)氧化膦(TDI=MAPO)为固化剂,制成的推进剂黏结剂在220℃下测得的力学性能良好。在胺的催化作用下液体环氧树脂交联固化端羧基液体丁腈橡胶,可制得具有最佳强度的硫化胶。端羧基液体丁腈橡胶还广泛作为粘接、密封、灌封、喷涂材料。
