天平渠


t 1 anPingqu天平渠东魏天平时(534一537年)修建的引漳灌概渠,又叫万金渠。渠首在今河南安阳市北40余里的西高穴村,漳河南岸,西距岳城水库大坝约10里,东距古邺城(今邺镇)约30里。渠修建后,代替了古引漳+二渠,但灌区较大。这一带的引漳渠道,东汉末曹操,除修天井堰外,还在邺城西10里筑漳渠堰,弓!水东入邺城,自邺城东通当时所开的利潜渠,南通恒水(今安阳北的安阳河),兼有城市供水、灌溉、航运之利。东魏天平二年“又凿渠引漳水,周流城郭,造水冶(以水排为鼓风机的冶炼)碾、皑”,即天平渠,也是城市供水、灌溉和水力利用的综合性渠道。北周末(580年少,邺城被毁,以后这一带形成了以漳、恒二河为水源的灌区。唐咸亨三年(672年)重修天平渠并扩建分支,灌区达千顷以_七。分支有邺县南5里的金凤渠;自邺县至临漳(城在今城西南18里)长30里的菊花渠;邺县北三十里,由盗阳(今磁县)到成安县的利物渠等。同时引恒灌溉的有高平渠,自县西20里至县东22里入广润破。这条渠宋代叫千金渠,后来也叫万金渠,现在城西一带还发挥作用。引漳、引恒各渠,自唐至清屡有兴废,清雍正十三年(1735年)曾开天平渠70里通值水,民国时也有修治记载。1959一1961年修漳河岳城水库,自库引水北岸开民有渠,南岸开幸福渠,灌田数百万亩,代替了古灌渠(姚汉源)
