| 腐植酸 humicacid 自然界存在的、由生物（主要是植物）残骸经微生物分解和复杂化学过程形成的深色、酸性和亲水胶体类有机物。又称腐殖酸、富啡酸或胡敏酸。腐植酸广泛分布在土壤、水域沉积物、泥炭和煤矿等碳质矿藏中，形成过程千差万别，组成和结构也各不相同，迄今看法也不一致。大体上讲，其分子量为102～104，含碳（45％～70％）、氢（2％～6％）、氧（30％～50％）和氮（1％～6％），有时也含硫。分子结构：中间是含芳环的骨架，周围有许多羧基、羟基等官能团和一些氨基酸、氨基糖等残片，而且常有金属离子配位，无光学活性，普遍存在氢键，因此可形成各种超分子结构，一定条件下还能聚集成类似海绵状的结构。腐植酸可通过降解（尤其氧化降解）并甲基化得到可溶于有机溶剂和有挥发性的物质，也可与金属离子或金属水合氧化物络合。 腐植酸是影响自然界生态平衡的重要因素，也是潜在的资源。农业上能提高植物对化肥的利用率，抑止土壤对有效磷的固定，促进根系生长，改变生物膜的透过性，影响酶的活性。农用腐植酸常经硝酸进一步氧化分解。此外也用来制造土壤改良剂、植物生长调节剂和复合肥料。对人和动物有多种生理、药理作用（如消炎、止血、促进愈合等），但也有对健康不利的一面，如它与某些地方病的发病率有一定关系。在工业上腐植酸钠、钾及其他盐类可作钻井泥浆、陶瓷泥浆的改性剂，浮选工艺中可作选择性吸附剂；与纯碱合用能提高锅炉防垢效果；磺化腐植酸钠加入水泥中作分散和减水剂，制成离子交换剂可处理工业废水。 |
