补充资料:去甲肾上腺素
    分子式C8H11O3N,分子量169.18。细小晶体。熔点216~218℃(分解),其盐酸盐为晶体,熔点145.2~146.4℃,易溶于水。有旋光性,左旋体疗效较右旋体大27倍。其止血和血管收缩作用较肾上腺素强。但其兴奋心肌、抑制平滑肌和促进新陈代谢作用较肾上腺素弱。通常用它的酒石酸盐。主要用于抢救急性低血症和周围血管扩张所引起的休克等。可由邻苯二酚与氯乙酰氯制成3,4-二羟基-2-氯代苯乙酮后再与氨或乌洛托品作用制得。
