性质:一种快速的测定应力腐蚀破裂性能的试验方法。在恒应变速率机上缓慢匀速地将试样拉伸(试样在试验溶液中)直至拉断为止。试验后用扫描电镜分析断口形貌。试验过程中测定载荷一延伸率曲线,从曲线可分析出很多反映应力腐蚀敏感性的参数。该法的特点是试样在预定时间内肯定会断,所以是快速。但需要专门设备——慢应变速率机。
